FISH WITH VEGETABLES
Hi! I want to share with you another delicious recipe...
But first, lets see what is FISH HAKE...

Hake is a type of fish in the hake family, found off the coasts of New Zealand and Australia. The fish are known by a number of other names, including blue grenadiers, blue hake, whiptails, whiptail hake, and New Zealand whiting. The fish have dense white flesh which is rich in omega-3 acids, making it a good dietary choice.

Here is the recipe..

Cook 1kg of fish in salted water. Drain well and remove bones and inner black membrane.
Chop the cooked fish with fingers.

In a separate container biol in salted water:
200gr of carrots
50gr of beans
50gr of green beans
1 potato
Cut the vegetables into cubes (1cm x 1cm) before cooking.

Then, mix fish and vegetables with fork. Pour ketchup mixed with 1 little cup of oil and 1 fine chopped onion.

This salad has to be served cold...

I hope you'll enjoy, it is very healthy and tasteful...and not to hard to make...

love you all and happy holidays!! Heart

I have read that HAKE fish can be found in Wallmart... Angel
